We worked with Janet Thorton when we purchased our house. She listened to what we were interested in, what the price range was, and what location. Janet worked closely with us to show us many nice homes over the course of several months. She was not pushy which was truly appreciated. So happy to have met her and worked with her on our purchase. Lovely lady and she appreciated our business. We were very pleasantly surprised when she gave us a gift card as a "Thank you for your business". No realtor had ever done that for us.

Janet was very helpful throughout our process of looking to buy our first home. We were moving from out of state, and she gave us great local insight, gave great advice, and helped us secure our home. Janet at J&J Realty was a Godsend for us. Being relatively new to California we had no idea how to negotiate the hurdles in buying a new home nor how to negotiate the best deal for us. After meeting with Janet the first time she took the reigns and took all the worry and hassle out of finding the perfect home for us in a very fast moving market. Not only did she did she negotiate our bid in such a way that it was accepted right off the bat, but she helped us in finding the perfect lender for our needs, setting up all the necessary inspections, etc. Janet's experience and fantastic personality have allowed her to assemble a team of resources that can't be beat!
